Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & Execute Sales New Hire Onboarding: Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding program for the sales organization, ensuring a structured, engaging learning experience for new sales employees. Manage logistics, scheduling, and execution of onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition and effective ramp-up into their sales roles. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires, identifying skill gaps and offering resources and support to help them reach full productivity.
- Sales Training Content & Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain sales training curricula, learning materials, and tools that support sales enablement goals. Partner with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to build engaging, effective learning content grounded in instructional design best practices and aligned with the sales process. Continuously evaluate and improve existing sales training programs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving sales methodologies.
- Support Execution of Quarterly Sales Enablement Plans: Help implement and execute quarterly learning and development plans aligned with sales organization priorities and broader business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to deliver training, coordinate learning activities, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Support Sales Enablement Program & Project Rollout: Lead or support the rollout of sales enablement programs and initiatives, including new tools, processes, or methodologies. Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
- Success Metrics: Performance in this role will be evaluated based on measurable improvements to sales team performance and enablement outcomes, including: Time to productivity, onboarding effectiveness, training engagement & completion, knowledge & skill retention, sales performance impact, stakeholder feedback, and program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and sales processes.
- Excellent content creation, curriculum design, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing learning programs or projects, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across sales and other departments.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other training/development tools.
