Our client is growing rapidly in 2025 and is expanding their Business Development team. They’re on the lookout for two Business Development Representatives. If you have 12 months of experience in cybersecurity and are ready for an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced, evolving industry, this could be a great fit for you.
The Company: Our client is a leading, innovative, UK-based Threat Detection and Response provider, offering protection to government bodies, mid-market and enterprise clients worldwide. Last year they doubled their sales team and have bought on many new customers. They are now seeking two BDR’s , to play a pivotal role in the business in building relationships with new prospects and clients.
The Role: your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and nurturing qualified sales leads to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Engage with potential clients through a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Booking BANT qualified meetings.
- Collaborating closely with the new business sales team to drive results.
- Managing pipelines using our CRM system.
- Taking accountability for your own time management, KPIs, and professional growth.
- Progression route to Account Executive
Requirements: to be considered you will need:
- 1 year of experience in cyber security outbound B2B sales development or business development role.
- Confident in navigating through an organisation when handling gatekeepers and speaking to decision-makers
- Being calm and quick thinking in objection handling and creating value.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Team player, we like to learn from each other, share knowledge as well as enjoy the job along the way
Benefits:
Competitive base salary of £30,000 to £37,000 plus OTE of £15,000 ( uncapped commission scheme)
25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
