An exciting opportunity has arisen in the newly forming property assets, systems and data team. Will you manage our property asset systems and data to enable quality reporting of property assets and data sets for our Corporate Landlord programme? Are you experienced in reviewing reporting mechanisms to incorporate best practices, and establishing and maintaining data quality arrangements across the Corporate Landlord Programme? Do you have a passion for technology and can work with Asset Management reporting databases, Auto CAD, GIS, MapThat, AI, Power BI, Excel, and other emerging technologies?
Responsibilities
- As Lead Officer you will support senior officers in developing services within the political and partnership context of the Council.
- Help shape the newly forming Corporate Landlord Programme.
- Nurture the team with a coaching and mentoring mindset.
- Ensure performance targets are met.
You must be comfortable supporting senior officers and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, being self-aware.
Qualifications
- Have or be working towards a relevant degree or equivalent in Property, Asset Management, IT/Systems, Digital or Data Science.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working within a complex environment.
- Understand building measurement surveys and associated methodology, including industry standard tools.
- Have a working knowledge of GIS and property database systems and a willingness to learn any new systems as required.
- Have proven experience of property data analysis, data quality arrangements, complex report writing and presenting skills.
- You must have management experience and support and nurture using a coaching and mentoring mindset while ensuring performance targets for the team are reached.
