As an ICT Infrastructure Engineer at Westmorland and Furness Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing all aspects of our ICT Infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, data centres and cloud environments. This role is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, testing, supporting and optimising ICT infrastructure systems and services, taking responsibility for overall operational readiness of these systems and services. Covering both on premise and cloud environments.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to implement best practices in infrastructure support and development, develop and maintain strong relationships with various teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
