Key Responsibilities
- You will run and support virtual marketing programs and own virtual event campaigns across the EMEA region.
- This is a dynamic role for an organized, proactive, and results-driven marketing specialist.
- You will execute targeted plans to enhance brand, demand, and pipeline for Cisco Security.
- You will work as an integral part of the EMEA Security Marketing team and will support additional ad hoc projects as required by the business.
- Execute the plan and virtual marketing programs to meet deadlines and handle budget, driving pipeline generation and acceleration across EMEA.
- This includes working with stakeholders to incorporate digital marketing, demand generation, campaigns, sales prospecting programs, and virtual field events.
- Track and measure results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale.
- Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, Target Account alignment and ROI.
- Utilize data for real-time adjustments, proactively identify trends and opportunities, and ensure all stakeholders are updated with weekly and monthly reviews.
- Collaborate with the LH360 Product Team to finalize target accounts, execute, and deliver a pan-EMEA strategy, deploying programs that leverage a variety of marketing channels to drive net new logos and accelerate pipeline.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and the competitive landscape for the EMEA region.
- Work with Customer Advocacy to increase EMEA-wide testimonials for marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Security Marketing team on ad hoc projects.
- You will collaborate across internal and external teams to execute with consistency across the marketing team.

- EMEA Country Sales teams; Security Sales, Pre-sales/Systems Engineering and SDR teams
- EMEA Security Field Marketing team

Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An analytical and data-driven approach to inform recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage virtual programs (seminars, webinars, virtual events from initial planning to final execution, including communications to drive attendance, virtual execution, and follow-up tracking).
- Proven record of accomplishment in executing marketing programs and working in a cross-matrix organization.
- Experience with Excel, SFDC, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Eloqua (desirable).
- Track record of defining and executing demand and field marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
- Understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, Account-Based Marketing, and email marketing tactics.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs across all stages of the funnel.
- Experience delivering virtual event environments with an in-depth knowledge of incorporating virtual event experiences into the buyer’s journey to create demand.
- Experience working with sales, including joint planning and execution, lead.
- A passionate marketer with great attention to detail.
