Your role As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Good experience working with information technologies and systems analysis Excellent analytical skills Basic SQL knowledge OAS/RAML knowledge Understanding of APIs Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Visio and other design tools Great communication skills Designing new systems and frameworks to suit the organization’s needs, as well as creating manuals to accompany these new systems and frameworks Running training sessions and workshops on updated systems and frameworks Troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team to resolve issues Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements Enhancing computer and software systems for the company Review and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of a company\’s current system Improve software designs based on user demand Stay within budget when implementing the system Create analysis reports to convince management on the cost benefits of proposed upgrades Assist the IT team in implementing approved new systems Ensure new systems are working efficiently through analysis and troubleshooting Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance during design and analysis Preferred Basic SQL knowledge OAS/RAML knowledge Understanding of APIs Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Visio and other design tools Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements Enhancing computer and software systems for the company Review and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of a company\’s current system Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
