Role – Sales Manager/Director Technology – Sales Execution
Location – UK (London), Germany (Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin), Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), Sweden
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through meetings/presentations at conferences, partner contacts, contacts in client organisations, news reports, analysts, and deal consultants.
- Customer profiling, A/C Planning and set revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
- Lead pursuit strategy, sales planning, and pipeline development.
- Shape and win large, complex deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and solution narratives.
- Manage pricing, commercial discussions, and contract/MSA negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams and ecosystem partners to create impactful solutions.
- Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product/service vendors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of consultative/solution selling experience.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Strong Business Development (HUNTING current accounts) / Relationship management / Account management is required.
- Proven ability to grow enterprise accounts and drive profitable QOQ revenue.
- Experience working with global delivery and multi-location teams.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, and high ownership.
- Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry.
