This is not a Manufacturing Enterprise Architect role , not a pure Industry 4.0 Architect role , and not a delivery-focused Program Management role .

We are looking for a consulting-led manufacturing leader who can engage with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Manufacturing Directors, Plant Heads, and Digital Transformation Leaders to shape and drive large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor, helping manufacturing organizations define transformation strategies, modernize operations, accelerate digital manufacturing adoption, and build future-ready operating models while driving business growth and consulting-led engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and grow the Manufacturing Consulting & Transformation practice in the UK market.
