Lead strategic client engagements and complex programs, with accountability for client relationship management, solution design, and delivery oversight. Operate at the intersection of sales, program leadership and advisory delivery, shaping opportunities from initial scoping through to post-implementation review. Pivot between business development and program leadership, ensuring teams are set up for success and client outcomes are realized. Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership and capability development. Originate and win work, build enduring client relationships, and develop the next generation of consulting leaders.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client & Program Leadership
    • Lead complex, multi‑workstream procurement, supply chain and digital programs
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and sponsors
    • Own engagement outcomes, including delivery quality and value realization
    • Provide delivery oversight across multiple projects and teams; intervene to unblock issues and reset direction where required
  • Solution Design & Transformation Leadership
    • Shape end-to-end transformation solutions incorporating best-practice methodologies
    • Translate client strategy into executable programs of work
    • Oversee operating model design and implementation across procurement and supply chain
    • Guide enterprise change and adoption approaches; ensure outcomes are sustained beyond implementation
  • Business Development and Market Growth
    • Enable growth with current clients through establishment of strong trusted advisor relationships
    • Lead major pursuits (scope, commercials, delivery approach) and maintain a strong client pipeline
    • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
    • Represent Infosys Portland in market-facing discussions and forums
    • Identify and originate new client opportunities
    • Contribute to the firm’s growth agenda and market positioning
  • People & Practice Leadership
    • Build and develop high‑performing consulting teams; coach Managers and Senior Consultants to build future leaders
    • Contribute to capability development, IP and thought leadership
