As a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG Workforce Management Pro, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of UKG WFM solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand workforce management needs and translate them into effective system configurations and business processes.
Role
- As UKG Pro WFM SME, contribute to implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through workforce transformation initiatives using UKG Pro WFM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Provide thought leadership on workforce optimization, compliance, and labor cost management using UKG tools.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for client teams.
- Support business development efforts through demos, proposals, and client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy UKG WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance.
- Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements using UKG capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using UKG Workforce Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies through system configuration.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management systems such as UKG Pro WFM, Kronos etc.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- UKG Pro WFM certification.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Workday, SAP).
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and data mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
