Job Description
Role – Lead Consultant
Technology – Test Management, Test Automation, Continuous Integration
Location – Burgess Hill, UK
Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)
Infosys is seeking a Quality Manager
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in Test Management and Test Automation
- At least 8 years of experience in Testing Automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, IntelliJ
- Strong knowledge of Testing Management tools like Jira, Rally, Confluence
- Good Java and SpringBoot Programming knowledge as well as UI knowledge
- Good knowledge about continuous integration tools e.g. GIT, Jenkins, XLR etc
- Non-relational database experience e.g. Couchbase or MongoDB. Relational database experience in db2 or Oracle
- GoLang experience will be preferred
- Additionally, knowledge of the following technologies would be an advantage:
- Docker Framework, Document Based DBs – Cassandra, Couchbase or Mongo, Redis DB, SonarQube, Kafka, Loadrunner, Kubernetes (or similar technology), ELK Integration (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana)
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
- Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
- Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business product managers on solution design is a plus
- Experience with Agile application development concepts including build automation, pair programming, testing automation and code management (branching and forking etc.)
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Financial Services domain
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Ability to lead a technology development team as Lead Developer
- Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
