    • Establish programme governance, delivery cadence, RAID management, budgeting, and executive reporting.
    • Align programme outcomes with business KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
    • Act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and benefits realization.
  • Digital Twin Strategy & Delivery
    • Lead definition and execution of Digital Twin roadmaps (asset, process, plant, and supply chain twins).
    • Translate manufacturing business problems into digital, analytics, and simulation use cases.
    • Oversee solution design integrating: Process simulation and first‑principles models, Data‑driven/AI models, IIoT, historian, MES, ERP, SCADA/DCS integrations.
    • Ensure scalable, secure, and future‑ready Digital Twin architectures.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management
    • Collaborate with plant leadership, operations, engineering, IT, data science, and automation teams.
    • Manage system integrators, technology vendors, and cloud/platform partners.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior executives and steering committees.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Drive organisational change, user adoption, and capability building for Digital Twin solutions.
    • Enable operating teams to embed Digital Twins into day‑to‑day decision‑making.
    • Support training, documentation, and transition to run operations.
  • Financial & Risk Management
    • Own programme budgets, forecasts, and vendor commercials.
    • Proactively manage delivery risks related to data quality, model accuracy, adoption, and integration complexity.
    • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Several years of experience in programme/project management within manufacturing or industrial digital transformation.
  • 5+ years leading initiatives in process manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with simulation tools, AI/ML models, and industrial data platforms.
  • Experience with major platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Siemens, AspenTech, AVEVA, Dassault, or similar) is a plus.

Programme Management Skills
