A strategist and visionary for Digital Service Offerings, owning the conceptualization and GTM for them. Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including with CxOs in the industry. Passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and leveraging innovation to enhance experience transformation programs. Understand business challenges and opportunities in the Digital and Data realm across multiple industries; collaborate with a team of consultants to build solutions to these business problems.
Run campaigns with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vertical/industry sales teams & client buyers) to market these offerings; responsible for business development and growth via these offerings. Drive measurable results in customer experiences, internal lead management, and sales performance. Demonstrate thought leadership, creativity, and delivery excellence to influence multi-stream, multi-disciplinary teams in digital experience projects.
Collaborate with Business Leads, Owners, Sales, Innovation Leads, etc., to evaluate digital & data needs for new ideas or data products and recommend suitable solutions. Work with Platform Architects, Tech Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects to ensure accurate enterprise views and participate in architecture forums and review boards. Establish strong relationships with key leaders, business partners, and functions to foster collaborative offering management practices. Be an active member of a growing team, influencing team culture and contributing to a positive environment.
Must have 15-20 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in Digital strategy and business growth functions. Recognized as an organization-wide SME and go-to point of contact for the catalog of offerings. Good exposure to Sales & Marketing functions, with experience collaborating to drive digital growth.
