Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with UKG Dimensions experience and hands‑on expertise in implementation, development, and support.
Your Role
The position will primarily be responsible for creating high‑level design artifacts and detailed solution design, leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation/enhancements, deployments, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. The consultant will interface with key stakeholders and apply Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including requirements elicitation, architecture definition, and design.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Information Technology experience
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD Applications
- Good experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities modules
- Experience in interface development with WIM for WFC and with middle layers for WFD (e.g., Dell Bhoomi)
- Sound knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, and Activity tracking for idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with Workforce Dimensions
- Experience with UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows
- Direct client interaction experience during requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis
- Experience with integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML imports, web services, and standard import tables
- Experience in data conversions using import tables and XML imports, with analysis and debugging skills
