We are looking for a Lead – Azure Cloud Migration Testing with strong expertise in Python, ETL Testing, SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Candidate will lead testing efforts for large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and smooth transition from on‐prem systems to Azure Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for Azure cloud migration programs.
- Perform ETL testing, data validation, and source-to-target mapping verification.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation.
- Validate ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, and Azure data ingestion/transformation flows.
- Develop Python scripts for test automation and data comparison.
- Drive defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills
- 8–12+ years in ETL & Data Migration Testing
- Strong SQL, ADF, Databricks (PySpark), Python
- Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL/Synapse
- Hands-on cloud migration experience with Azure ecosystem
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
- Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ‐900)
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and data quality frameworks
