We are seeking an experienced SAP Public Cloud Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs. This role will ensure successful implementation across multiple business units, aligning with strategic objectives and driving value realization from cloud-based SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Public Cloud programs, including planning, governance, and execution. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners. Facilitate executive updates and ensure alignment across global and local teams.
- Cloud Strategy & Adoption: Drive adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with “clean core” principles. Support change management and training initiatives to maximize business value.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions. Implement robust governance and escalation frameworks.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in SAP program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP programs. 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience/background.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, deployment models, and integration patterns. Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): SAP Activate Methodology, PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL.
- Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment. Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. A broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
