Lead the end-to-end cutover process, including planning, preparation, execution, and post-go-live stabilization. Develop detailed cutover strategy, plans, and checklists in collaboration with project managers, workstream leads, and client stakeholders. Coordinate activities across SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment and readiness. Manage data migration dependencies, system downtime planning, and rollback scenarios. Conduct cutover readiness reviews and go/no-go assessments with leadership teams. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cutover activities. Prepare and present cutover status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Support post-go-live hypercare activities and facilitate smooth handover to operations/support teams. Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and change control processes. Collaborate with client PMO, release management, and technical teams for integration with non-SAP systems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in SAP program delivery.
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.
- Proven experience managing SAP cutovers across one or more modules (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP technical landscapes, transport management, and data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).
- Experience in SNP CrystalBridge solution is a big advantage.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Prior experience in large global rollouts or multi-country deployments.
- Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultants based locally and remotely.
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams.
- SAP or PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create compelling propositions for clients.
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
