Lead complex SAP enabled business transformation programs from inception to completion and lead the Customer Engagement journey from Business Case definition to adherence. Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks that ensure adherence to a Fit-To-Standard solution adoption. Collaborate with and steer IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across IT and Business.
Demonstrates thought leadership and deep expertise in one of the key Industries like Consumer Products, Retail, or Logistics.
- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
- Proven Industry experience in key Industries like Consumer Products, Retail, or Logistics in Program Leadership Capacity.
- 12-15 years of consulting experience.
- Demonstrated expertise to sell and deliver Programs of >$10mn in a multi-geographic setup.
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost, and quality and within budget.
- Ability to challenge the status-quo internally or with the client in landing a Fit-To-Standard and harmonised solution.
- Possess at least one experience in developing or supporting a Business Case for a S/4 enabled business transformation Program.
- Must possess at least one domain background within the SAP space (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Mfg, Logistics etc).
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience of collaborating with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultants based locally and remotely.
- In-depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.
- Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
- Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create a compelling proposition for clients.
- Substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting roles.
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
