We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and govern large-scale AI Transformation engagements across clients in the UK and Europe. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in delivering complex AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data & Digital Transformation programs while managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving AI adoption, business value realization and enterprise-scale change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI Transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Data Modernization, and Digital Engineering initiatives.
  • Define program vision, roadmap, governance framework, value realization approach, and transformation strategy aligned with client business objectives.
  • Drive AI adoption across business functions through operating model transformation, process redesign, and organizational change management.
  • Manage multi-workstream programs involving business, technology, data, security, and operations teams across multiple geographies.
  • Establish robust governance structures including steering committees, PMO controls, risk management and reporting.
  • Ensure successful delivery against overall scope, budget, timeline, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Business Leaders & AI Leaders.
  • Support business development activities including RFPs, proposals, solution shaping, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to expand AI-led transformation initiatives and create measurable business value.
  • Partner with account leadership teams to drive customer success and long-term strategic engagements.
  • Lead distributed teams comprising Program Managers, AI Consultants, Architects, Data Scientists, Engineers, Change Managers, and Business Analysts.
  • Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise Transformation engagements.
  • Good understanding of: Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents), Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows, Data & Analytics Platforms, Cloud Ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Security.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Consulting, Technology Services, or Global System Integrators.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
