You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance. Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise.
Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle. Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation. Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME (alternatively: same role on industry side).
- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies.
- Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
- Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e.g. German, French).
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
- Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
