Infosys has an exciting opportunity to join our in-house immigration team in London.

As part of this portfolio, you will be responsible for:

  • Immigration processing for UK work permit applications, including issuance of Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and associated procedures.
  • Validation & preparation of supporting documents (application forms, support letters, etc.).
  • Filing of work permit applications on behalf of Infosys employees and coordination with the Home Office.
  • Coordinating with employees to support with completion of ‘right to work’ checks.
  • Planning and preparing for UK immigration audits – both internal and external.
  • Assisting with immigration queries and visa applications for locally based employees, including advising on UK outbound queries and business visa applications.
  • Providing immigration advisory services to internal stakeholders, e.g. the in-house Recruitment team.
  • Identifying gaps and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive key process improvement initiatives.
  • Vendor coordination and management.
  • Assisting and supporting with projects and requirements of the larger European immigration team, as required.

Role Requirements

  • Graduate with at least 3+ years’ work experience in the immigration field in the UK.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Analytical and results focused.
  • Ability to multitask in an environment with many competing priorities.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal procedural requirements.
  • Applicants for employment in the UK should possess work authorisation which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
