Infosys has an exciting opportunity to join our in-house immigration team in London.
As part of this portfolio, you will be responsible for:
- Immigration processing for UK work permit applications, including issuance of Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and associated procedures.
- Validation & preparation of supporting documents (application forms, support letters, etc.).
- Filing of work permit applications on behalf of Infosys employees and coordination with the Home Office.
- Coordinating with employees to support with completion of ‘right to work’ checks.
- Planning and preparing for UK immigration audits – both internal and external.
- Assisting with immigration queries and visa applications for locally based employees, including advising on UK outbound queries and business visa applications.
- Providing immigration advisory services to internal stakeholders, e.g. the in-house Recruitment team.
- Identifying gaps and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive key process improvement initiatives.
- Vendor coordination and management.
- Assisting and supporting with projects and requirements of the larger European immigration team, as required.
Role Requirements
- Graduate with at least 3+ years’ work experience in the immigration field in the UK.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Analytical and results focused.
- Ability to multitask in an environment with many competing priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn internal procedural requirements.
- Applicants for employment in the UK should possess work authorisation which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
