You will oversee end to end data migration from legacy platforms, Azure landing zone setup, environment readiness, integrations, governance, and delivery management across diverse client workstreams (HR, Payroll, Workforce, Clinical, Reporting), implementation of reporting & analytics use cases for end users.You will work closely with client programme leadership, business SMEs, cloud architects, data engineers, and third party providers (Microsoft, Oracle) to ensure timely, compliant, and high quality delivery. The role requires strong governance, an understanding of strong HR transformation programme management, Oracle HCM Cloud functional knowledge, client workforce and ESR processes and Data, integration, and analytics awareness
