Your role
As a Quality Engineering Lead you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability‑building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- A Strong functional/technical knowledge and understanding of functional system testing, system integration testing, E2E testing and UAT.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle HCM), Payroll and integration testing experience is preferred.
- Payroll process knowledge and experience is mandatory.
- Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations in ERP applications and handling Absence, Accruals, Timekeeping & Payroll modules.
- Hands‑on experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case preparation, Test execution, Tracking and Reporting.
- Strong exposure to SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model
- Work location is Leeds (UK).
Responsibilities
- Participate during project initiation, understanding the requirements, prepare/assist in test estimation, formulate test strategy or Test Plan
- Task Allocation and Monitoring, Co-ordinate and Manage Test Schedules
- Coordinate with stakeholders about the Test environment, Prepare Test Bed, Test Data for execution.
- Conduct reviews and inspections of test deliverables and provide feedback to the team.
- Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test report (DSR/WSR) to be shared with Stakeholders.
- Responsible for identification, creation and maintenance of test cases
- Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality.
- Proactively identifying potential delivery related issues and arriving at mitigation plan.
- Provide Suggestions/feedback in refining testing practices and methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate with teams involved and provide support to all interfacing application/Systems impacted for project.
- Ensure constructive working relationships within team and with other functional groups.
- Understanding of test management tools, JIRA, ALM and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
- A strong commitment to quality and efficiency
