We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with stakeholder management exposure in the implementation of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for UK public sector clients. The positionβs primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules in Agile mode. This position will lead discussions for the design, development, and support of all associated components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for the above-mentioned modules including status reporting and managing the stakeholder.
This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and solution architecture, guiding projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Your role
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing impactful functional solutions to our clients. You will need a deep understanding across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Learn and Talent management (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Management) backed by practical experience in the UK public sector. You will also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex functional and technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from functional and technical teams to senior management. You will guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in working on the above modules for UK Public sector clients.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation, and imparting training for technical components.
- Well versed with designing and building security roles β Job roles, data roles including security profiles.
- Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Proficient in Redwood enablement and its tools for enhancing user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Preparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
Required
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud β Talent and Learn modules including configuring the system to meet business requirements, such as designing approvals, DFFs, EFFs, Journeys etc.
- Hands-on experience in working on the above modules for UK Public sector clients and should be proficient in all the Talent and Learn Processes including journeys.
- Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports related to mentioned modules.
- Proficient in Redwood enablement and its tools for user experience enhancements.
- Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Preferred
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business, and management teams.
- Experience managing a team size of 6+ would be a plus.
