Your Role
We are seeking an ERP Consultant with extensive experience in Workday. You will collaborate with stakeholders, applying your domain, technical, and functional expertise in requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions supporting our customer\’s Workday ERP applications. As a Lead Consultant, you will contribute to developing industry solutions, participate in digital projects, and work closely with finance, technical teams, and third-party vendors to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday ERP.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the software development lifecycle
- 8+ years of experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects, with relevant ERP domain experience
- Proficiency in ERP processes and reports, with the ability to suggest best practices
- Hands-on experience with Workday Cloud projects
- Experience with ERP modules such as AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payments, etc.
- Ability to implement IT/business solutions in Workday, including integrations, reports, and business process customization using native Workday tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large, complex ERP projects within teams
- Ability to lead customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical, business, and management teams
- Experience supporting all aspects of Workday cloud system implementation, including business process documentation
- Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and global delivery environment
- Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills
