We are seeking a seasoned Platform Lead to architect and manage enterprise data platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role demands deep expertise in Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent technologies. You will lead platform strategy, administration, and integration to support scalable analytics and data engineering solutions. Responsibilities include performance optimization, governance, automation, and enabling secure, reliable data flows. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform architecture and administration across Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing data platform solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and CI/CD integration for platform components.
- Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Mentor and guide platform engineers and administrators.
Required
- Proven experience in administering and architecting Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data integration, and analytics workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with platform monitoring, automation, and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing hybrid environments (on‑prem and cloud).
