Role – Senior Consultant/ SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Today, the corporate landscape is dynamic and the world ahead is full of possibilities! You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
Prior experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time off, Time Management application, Performance management, Learning management, compensation, Onboarding, RCM with Consulting background.
- Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Modules (EC, EC Time Management, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM, Compensation).
- Minimum of 3 Full Life-cycle implementations of leading or managing SuccessFactors programs including Employee Central, Time off, Time Management application, Performance management, Learning management, compensation, Onboarding, RCM with Consulting background.
- Good Hands-on Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors with end to end understanding of Solution Architecture.
- Should be open to travel to the Preston location.
- High quality awareness.
