Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) to join our team in London. This role involves supporting our Energy Practice, which assists global firms in navigating the complexities of power, gas, and renewable markets through digital transformation, trading optimization, and market performance enhancement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, validating, and communicating data and business requirements
  • Leading business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Contributing to application changes in power trading & dispatch systems
  • Supporting trade entry and power exchange operations
  • Collaborating with traders, dispatchers, and IT teams to implement solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with market regulations and market reforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets (preferred)
  • Experience working with system operators and in power markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
