Job Description
The Principal Consultant will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. They will be pivotal in problem definition, solution discovery, and will guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader, they will serve as key advisor in architecture and design reviews, anchor business pursuit initiatives, deliver client training, and build in‑house capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement initiatives from business process consulting through solution design, development, and deployment.
- Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

- Shape value‑adding consulting solutions to meet client needs.
Required Experience
- Asset Management, VDI Management, Network Management, Environment Management.
- Patching and vulnerability management for all infrastructure and applications.
- Resource allocation and Azure Resources Management & Monitoring (network, storage, VMs).
- Optimization of Azure Services.
- Database Management, Security Patching, Build Pipeline.
- Use IaC to define Azure infrastructure and pipelines.
- Coordination with CSP for incident management (Azure).
- Ensuring Azure Policy implementation.
- Web maintenance and certificate renewals.
- Stratus Platform support & maintenance.
- Provisioning runbooks, ARM templates, post‑deployment validations, RSG onboarding, DNS API.
- Intune management: policy management, onboarding, troubleshooting.
- Build/release pipelines and function codebase for Azure Functions.
Preferred
- Oil & Gas domain knowledge in P&O with IT experience.
- Oil & Gas digital technologies.
