b Overview /b p In this role you will lead end-to-end business architecture for a major workforce transformation programme. You will bridge executives, HR leaders and delivery teams to translate objectives into scalable, user-centric solutions. You’ll oversee Oracle Fusion HCM, Orbit, reporting/BI, analytics and integrations, ensuring governance and value delivery. You will shape operating models, drive adoption, and maintain alignment with transformation goals. This is a senior, programme-wide role focused on delivering measurable workforce improvements in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and maintain the business architecture for the workforce transformation programme /li li Develop future-state operating models aligned to strategic objectives /li li Ensure alignment between business goals, user journeys, processes, technology, governance and service outcomes /li li Establish traceability from business requirements through to delivered functionality /li li Drive consistency across multiple User Organisations and stakeholder groups /li li Act as the senior business-facing representative for the programme /li li Build trusted relationships with Executives, Workforce Directors, HR Leaders, Payroll Leads and Operational Managers /li li Facilitate workshops, design sessions, decision forums and executive reviews /li li Understand User Organisation priorities, challenges, operating models and transformation objectives /li li Ensure stakeholder perspectives are represented throughout solution design and delivery /li li Maintain oversight across Oracle Fusion HCM, Orbit, Reporting/BI, Integrations, and adoption initiatives /li li Lead business readiness planning and change impact assessments /li li Drive adoption strategies and ensure operational teams are prepared for go-live /li li Collaborate with Change Management and Training teams /li li Govern business requirements and design decisions /li li Challenge designs where business value is not maximised /li li Support prioritisation, scope governance and alignment to roadmap /li li Present updates to senior governance forums and provide strategic advice on transformation opportunities /li li Support risk management and decision-making across the programme /li li Define and track transformation outcomes, measure business value and support post-go-live improvements /li li Drive optimisation opportunities across workforce processes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 20+ years of experience in business architecture, organisational transformation or large-scale business change programmes /li li Proven experience engaging directly with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership /li li Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes /li li Strong understanding of HR, workforce management, payroll and employee lifecycle processes /li li Demonstrated experience defining future-state operating models and business architectures /li li Experience leading workshops, requirements discovery and business design activities /li li Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills /li li Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li facilitation /li li communication /li li Oracle Fusion HCM /li li Payroll interfaces and workforce administration /li li Orbit Platform (UX design, journeys, adoption) /li /ul
