Job Description Role - Lead Consultant Technology – Functional Reporting Location – London, UKCompensation – Competitive (including bonus)Job Description Functional Responsibilities•Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition /Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.•Define reporting functional specs of above subject areas Reporting & Analytics•Work with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights•Work with data modeling team to define reporting semantic model•Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Testing & Quality•Collaborate with testing team to define and test functional reporting test cases Stakeholder Interaction•Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders.•Participate in design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints, and hypercare support.
Required•Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, reporting in HCM•Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence •Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration•Experience in Oracle HCM highly preferred•Experience in advanced analytics and AI based solutions on HCM highly preferred Preferred•Experience with Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise analytics platforms.•Background in public sector or healthcare transformation programs.•Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).•PL 300 / Power BI certification.
