Overview
In this Industry Principal role, you lead enterprise-wide Quality Engineering (QE) transformation for multiple strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
You shape transformation roadmaps, govern large multi-program portfolios, and drive AI-enabled QE initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will build industry-specific QE offerings and lead cross-regional consulting teams to sustain account growth.
This role combines QE expertise with portfolio governance and executive storytelling to scale modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Advise C-suite and technology leaders across client accounts
- Define enterprise QE transformation strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead large-scale, multi-unit transformation programs across regions
- Establish industry-specific QE visions, governance, and roadmaps
- Drive modernization efforts including Agile, Dev Ops, cloud, and AI-enabled QE
- Conduct executive workshops and strategic advisory sessions
- Develop long-term transformation roadmaps and multi-year investments
- Provide executive oversight for multiple engagements and portfolios
- Govern multi-million-dollar portfolios in QE, test automation, AI validation, SAP testing, data testing, and cloud validation
- Oversee delivery quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, revenue, and margin
- Lead steering committees and executive governance forums
- Foster cross-program standardization and reusable delivery assets
- Create industry-focused QE offerings and solutions
- Sponsor AI-powered QE accelerators, platforms, and frameworks
- Cultivate consulting capabilities and talent across regions and verticals
