In this role you will lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives, shaping functional specifications for Core HR, Payroll, and talent processes. You’ll design and validate dashboards and semantic models with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate, scalable HCM insights. Your work supports governance, testing, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, data, and PMO. Responsibilities
- Lead reporting workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Performance, and Career Development
- Define functional reporting specs across above subject areas
- Collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights
- Work with data modeling to define reporting semantic models
- Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics for accuracy
- Coordinate testing with the QA team to define and execute functional reporting test cases
- Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders; participate in design reviews and governance checkpoints
Key requirements
- Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, and reporting in HCM
- Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting Analytics and Oracle TBI
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration
- Oracle HCM experience highly preferred
- Experience in advanced analytics and AI-based solutions on HCM highly preferred
- PL 300 / Power BI certification (preferred)
