The Role
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will lead defined workstreams and key deliverables across engagements, working closely with Managers through to Directors and our Subject Matter Experts to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will build day‑to‑day client relationships, apply structured problem solving, and support the development of junior consultants through coaching and quality leadership. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, disciplined delivery, working with our client facing teams and working directly with clients to translate insight into action — with a strong focus on outcomes, practicality, and value delivery.
In this role, you will be known for:
- Owning workstreams end-to-end — planning your work, managing dependencies, and delivering high quality outputs on time
- Producing structured, executive‑ready storylines and recommendations that clients can act on
- Being client‑centred in how you engage — proactive communication, clear thinking, and a consistent focus on outcomes
- Building your expertise in strategic advisory and value delivery, with technology and data increasingly part of “how” outcomes are achieved
- Contributing to the team build through strong teamwork, coaching, and improving repeatable delivery practices
What We’re Looking for:
- Experience in procurement and/or supply chain consulting is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and deliver high quality outputs in a structured delivery environment
- Strong analytical and executive ready communication skills.
- Comfort working with contemporary digital and AI-enabled ways of working, including Microsoft’s ecosystem and GenAI-enabled productivity patterns (business adoption focus)
- Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and mentoring junior staff
- Experience using advanced analytical tools is advantageous
- Experience using procurement and supply chain systems suites and best of breed solutions would be advantageous
- Comfortable owning work and seeing it through
- Client centred and pragmatic: motivated by making things work in the real world
- Curious and coachable, with a growth mindset and willingness to lead or take direction as needed
- Collaborative and professional; effective in a global team environment across cultures and time zones: Strong expectations on quality, structured communication and disciplined delivery
