β’ 4β8 years overall testing experience with at least 2β3 years in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.
β’ Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing.
β’ Good understanding of UK Payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance (NI), pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing.
β’ Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
β’ Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and defect management activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
