Test implementations performed include new development, automation framework, upgrades, system / platform / data migrations and infrastructure, desktops, performance.
• Experienced in meeting internal/external regulatory requirements and frameworks
• Implementing automation and manual testing frameworks including hands on scripting and execution
• Review existing practices and artefacts for suitability and re-usability
• Recruit, implement and manage test team resource, including mentoring and training
• Develop and implement a suitable future test strategy, approach and model from the ground up
• Develop and implement a test strategy where projects have become de-railed, bring it back on track
• Provide gap analysis and impact assessments where required
• Implement interim solutions to manage testing activities and artefacts
• Identify, source, implement and manage test resourcing requirements, build a successful team and department
• Align all test practice and artefacts with best practices, future proofing where possible and practical
• Assist with the development and lifecycle process maturity (project, requirements, defect, SDLC, software change/release, environment)
