-Requires confident backlog leadership, benefits tracking, and governance translating complex service needs into deliverable increments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality via UAT and controlled rollouts.
-Must be comfortable working in a public-sector environment where data sharing, compliance, and service outcomes are critical, and able to manage vendor engagement, change control, and cross-system integration impacts.
