- Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a skilled PTC Thing Worx Developer with strong experience in Thing Worx application development, enhancement, support, and maintenance.
The candidate should have expertise in developing Io T solutions, troubleshooting production issues, integrating industrial devices, and supporting enterprise‑scale Thing Worx applications.
Exposure to Thing Worx Navigate, Kepware, and manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus).
- Location & Security Requirements
- Candidates who have previously held Security Check (SC) Clearance or are eligible to obtain SC Clearance will be preferred.
- Candidate should be based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage, United Kingdom, or be willing to travel regularly to the Stevenage office/customer site as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Thing Worx applications, Mashups, Services, Data Shapes, Events, and Subscriptions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SQL databases, and external enterprise systems.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
- Manage application deployments, releases, upgrades, and environment support across Dev, QA, and Production.
- Configure and troubleshoot user access, security, monitoring, and application health.
- Support industrial connectivity using Kepware, OPC‑UA, MQTT and PLC integrations.
- Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams for new enhancements and issue resolution.
- Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with PTC Thing Worx and Kepware.
- Strong expertise in Mashup Development, Services, Java Script, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Experience in application support, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Thing Worx security, deployments, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Thing Worx Navigate, Kepware, and Windchill integration.

- RTPPM (Real‑Time Production Performance Monitoring)
- AMU (Asset Monitoring & Utilization)
- CWC (Connected Work Cell)
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IIo T domain experience
- Windchill, Azure/AWS, Agile and Dev Ops exposure
- Preferred Experience
Experience working in manufacturing, or industrial Io T environments with the ability to deliver scalable solutions, production support, and continuous improvements across enterprise Thing Worx applications.
