Responsibilities
- Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
- Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (Le SS).
- Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner.
- Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement.
- Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner.
- Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors and support other consultants within the WX practice.
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools.
Qualifications
- Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
- 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
- Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
- Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e. g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology.
- Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.
