Your role:

  • In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product.
  • You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning.
  • You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables.
  • You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required:

  • Project Tracking, Control & Reporting: Manage project execution, track progress, and monitor scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, and costs.
  • People Management: Assign work, support team development, recognize performance, ensure HR compliance, and support hiring activities.
  • Project Operations Management: Track budgets, billing, resources, audits, and key project metrics to meet business and compliance goals.
  • Client Management: Build client relationships, act as the primary contact, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Unit / Organization Activities: Contribute to technology improvements, process innovation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Business Growth: Support proposals, solution design, estimations, stakeholder coordination, and business development activities.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate people and other resources required for project delivery.

Preferred:

  • Experienced in leading testing teams across large, complex programs.
  • Clear understanding of modern test practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Can quickly assess current maturity and define a structured, realistic uplift plan.
  • Able to coach team members through best-practice approaches and model effective behaviours.
  • Operates collaboratively with client leadership, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Builds trust quickly and can act as a stabilising and confidence-building presence.
