Develop and implement strategies and technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, improve user experiences, and leverage technology for measurable marketing outcomes. Become a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, driving business growth through marketing strategy and cutting-edge consumer experience technology.
Experience
- 15+ years in defining & implementing strategies and technology solutions including Digital Commerce, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management
- 10+ years with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Suite, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems
- 10+ years with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and data-driven decision making
- Expertise in consumer experience design, user journeys, personalization, and omnichannel marketing
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or similar advanced marketing technologies
- 10+ years collaborating with globally distributed teams, including in India and Europe
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing and consumer experience strategies utilizing automation, AI, CRM, and analytics to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Consumer Experience Design: Collaborate on designing personalized, engaging, and responsive customer experiences.
- Technology Integration: Lead the adoption of marketing tech solutions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to optimize strategies, provide regular performance reports.
- Innovation & Trends: Keep abreast of marketing tech trends and leverage emerging technologies.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Align strategies across teams; lead technology-driven initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee marketing tech projects from start to finish.
- Customer-Centricity: Ensure all efforts focus on delivering value and building brand loyalty.
