Position Overview
Lead data-driven business transformation initiatives leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to optimize operations, drive strategic insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes through intelligent automation and data modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analytics Implementation
- Design and execute enterprise data strategies to create unified data architectures
- Advise on advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms
- Develop data governance frameworks and establish data quality standards
- Create self-service analytics capabilities and democratize data access across organizations
- Identify AI/ML opportunities to automate processes and enhance decision-making
- Advise on implementation of intelligent automation solutions using RPA, NLP, and computer vision
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Conduct training programs and workshops for employees at all organizational levels
- Manage resistance to change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Create feedback mechanisms to address concerns and optimize transformation outcomes
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership
