Your role

As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Business Analyst - BP Financial Crime Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Crime team in all matters related to AML and Financial crime compliance.
  • Work includes reviewing SOPs.
  • Assessing compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes like KYC, onboarding, and monitoring controls.
  • Help ensure clients' framework effectively manage financial crime risks and meet industry standards.

Skills:

  • Financial Crime Compliance: AML, KYC, Sanctions screening, Anti-impersonation checks
  • Risk Management: High-Risk assessments, gap analysis, remediation strategies.
  • Process Improvement: SOP Updates, compliance frameworks, impact assessments
  • Data Analysis: Verification tools (Salesforce, powercurve, Equifax, CIFAS)
  • Great stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence
