We are seeking a seasoned Platform Lead to architect and manage enterprise data platforms across cloud and onâprem environments. The role demands deep expertise in Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent technologies. You will lead platform strategy, administration, and integration to support scalable analytics and data engineering solutions. Responsibilities include performance optimization, governance, automation, and enabling secure, reliable data flows. This role requires strong leadership, crossâfunctional collaboration, and handsâon technical proficiency.
As a Platform Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, managing, and optimizing enterprise data and analytics platforms across cloud and onâprem environments. You will lead platform strategy and operations for technologies including Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
You will collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to design and implement platform solutions that support data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Your role will involve handsâon administration, automation, monitoring, and governance of platform components, while also driving integration across data pipelines, storage layers, and visualization tools.
As a senior leader, you will guide platform modernization efforts, enforce security and compliance standards, and support DevOps/DataOps practices. You will participate in architecture reviews, mentor platform engineers, and contribute to building capability across the organization. Your work will enable seamless data flow, empower analytics teams, and support strategic decisionâmaking by ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable data platform foundation.
Responsibilities

Required
- Proven experience in administering and architecting Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Confluent platforms.
