We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud consulting leader to design and deliver scalable Configure, Price, Quote solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong functional understanding of quote-to-cash processes with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle CPQ configuration, BML/BMQL, integrations, document generation, and delivery leadership.

Your role:

  • You will anchor the engagement from requirements validation and solution design through technical design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • You will guide project teams on processes and deliverables, advise on architecture and design decisions, support business pursuits and client workshops.
  • You will additionally shape account-level solution strategy and provide thought leadership across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle CPQ solution blueprints. Design product models, configuration flows, pricing, discounting, approvals, commerce processes, guided selling, and quote document solutions. Define integration architecture between Oracle CPQ and CRM, ERP, e-commerce, subscription, order management, and external platforms. Own design reviews, non-functional requirements, security considerations, environment strategy, and technical governance. Lead multi-workstream architecture, estimation, roadmap definition, and solution assurance.
  • Configuration, Development, and Integration: Configure and extend Oracle CPQ using BML, BMQL, Commerce and Configuration rules, data tables, formula management, and process actions. Develop user interface enhancements using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and supported platform capabilities. Build and govern REST/SOAP integrations, payload mappings, error handling, and orchestration through Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent middleware. Design document generation solutions using Doc Designer and support multilingual or localized quote outputs where required. Perform code and configuration reviews, troubleshoot complex defects, and improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Implementation and Delivery Leadership: Lead full lifecycle deliveries from requirements and solution design through configuration, development, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support. Proven delivery experience across Oracle CPQ product configuration, commerce, pricing, approvals, guided selling, and document generation. Strong hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, data tables, Commerce rules, Configuration rules, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/JSON, and web services. Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud. Experience leading client workshops, solution design, estimations, delivery governance, and technical teams.

Required:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with experience on at least 2 – 3 Oracle CPQ implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ architecture, product modeling, configuration, pricing, quoting, commerce, approvals, document generation, integrations, security, data migration, deployment, and environment governance.
  • Hands-on expertise in BML development, configuration and recommendation rules, approval workflows, commerce processes, document engine, custom integrations, migration utilities, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle CPQ BML, JavaScript, SQL, XML/JSON, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and integration of Oracle CPQ with Oracle Fusion ERP, Subscription Management, Sales, Service, and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, automated testing, release management, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience in complex global rollouts, localization, multi-currency, and multi-business-unit implementations.

Preferred:

  • Oracle CPQ Cloud certification.
  • Experience of working with Subscription Management, Oracle Order Management, ERP Cloud, or other Oracle CX applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, automated testing, release management, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience in complex global rollouts, localization, multi-currency, and multi-business-unit implementations.
