We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead with a strong background in Data Centre (DC) Infrastructure and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in managing end to end service delivery operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless client engagement. This role requires the candidate to travel in UK, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloud based service delivery operations, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable environments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Ensure high quality communication and articulation across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Oversee the full spectrum of ITSM processes within a managed services environment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
