As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering
  • Hands‑on expertise with LoadRunner
  • Hands‑on experience with Web, TruClient and Web Services protocols (extensive knowledge of web HTTP/HTML and Oracle NCA LoadRunner scripting)
  • Performance Testing experience in Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch, BI applications
  • Ability to independently handle E2E performance engineering activities
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms
  • Oracle DB monitoring and analysis
  • Hands‑on expertise in ELK, Science Logic monitoring tools
  • Experience with Quality Center – Test Management tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Azure, AWS Cloud DevOps
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, e‑learning, HR modules
