Role: Lead Consultant Technology - Performance Testing

Location: Warwick, UK

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:

  • Anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.
  • Act as a thought leader in your domain and key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
  • Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.
  • Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required:

  • 12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Performance Testing and Engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner.
  • Hands-on experience with Web, TruClient, and Web Services protocols.
  • Extensive knowledge of web http/html and Oracle NCA LoadRunner scripting.
  • Performance Testing experience in Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch, and BI applications.
  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end performance engineering activities.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle forms.
  • Oracle DB monitoring and analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise in ELK and Science Logic monitoring tools.
  • QualityCenter – Test Management tool.
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement.

Preferred:

  • Azure, AWS Cloud.
  • DevOps.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, e-learning, and HR modules.
