About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Generative AI Consultant to drive the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with client business teams to elicit project requirements, translate needs into technical design, and ensure successful delivery. Design comprehensive AI solutions, including architecture, model selection, data requirements, and integration with modern standards such as the Model Context Protocol. Architect generative and agentic AI systems, selecting appropriate frameworks, RAG strategies, and MCP‑based integrations, and defining safety, reliability, and scalability patterns. Define measurable metrics with clients and evaluate solution performance against them. Guide internal teams and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and integrate solutions. Monitor deployed AI models, recommend improvements and maintain performance. Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Required Qualifications Strong technical expertise in generative and agentic AI, including LLMs, RAG, autonomous and multi‑agent systems. Experience with Model Context Protocol and interoperability standards. Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows with memory, state management, and reliable execution, using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK. Proven ability to design RAG and knowledge‑grounded systems, with knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) and hybrid search techniques. Experience in designing end‑to‑end AI solutions—from requirement elicitation to deployment strategy—optimizing cost, latency, and governance. Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, CI/CD, observability, and guardrails. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, customer orientation, teamwork, and integrity. Preferred Skills Domain knowledge in sectors such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing. Basic project management experience. Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality.
